Shipping Policy

At That Desi Girl, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, shipping charges, and delivery timelines.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Within India

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped within 10-15 working days.

  • Express Shipping: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • During high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may occasionally extend beyond this timeframe.

  • If your order is delayed, our team will inform you via email or WhatsApp with an updated dispatch timeline.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-8 days (transit delays may occur).

  • Non-Working Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days.

  • Courier Delays: We are not liable for courier delays due to local restrictions.

  •  Stuck Shipments: If your package is stuck or not moving, you can DM or email us, and we will check with the courier company.

Partial COD Policy

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for select orders.

  • A partial advance payment of ₹320–₹500 is required to confirm COD orders.

  • This advance amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery.

  • The advance helps cover RTO (Return to Origin) shipping charges, which small brands incur when parcels are refused.

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

2. INCORRECT ADDRESS & RETURNED ORDERS
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect details, the customer must cover the additional shipping charges for reshipping.

 

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
• If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please contact us.


4. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
• If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, report it within 24 hours so we can escalate it with our shipping partner.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, send us clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement (only if all tags are intact).


5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
• Certain locations may have extended delivery timelines due to logistical constraints.
