1. Where do you ship?

We offer shipping within India for now. We can ship internationally on special request.

 

2. When will my order be delivered?

All our pieces are made to order and stitched after your order is placed.

Our standard delivery timeline is 10–15 working days.

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may occasionally take slightly longer. If this happens, our team will inform you via email or WhatsApp with an update.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days, and transit delays can occasionally occur.

 

3. Why does my order take time to ship?

At that desi girl, we follow a made-to-order slow fashion model. This means we begin stitching your garment only after the order is placed.

This allows us to maintain quality, avoid overproduction, and reduce fabric waste.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Since all our garments are made specially after the order is placed, we do not accept cancellations once the order is confirmed.

We kindly request customers to place orders only if they are certain about the purchase.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.

A partial advance payment of ₹320–₹500 is required to confirm COD orders. The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or not accepted, as it covers Return to Origin (RTO) shipping charges.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges if the size does not fit.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size changes of the same product, subject to availability.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup marks, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

7. Is there a fee for exchanges?

Yes. A ₹160 exchange fee is applicable to cover re-shipping and logistics charges.

8. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since all our pieces are made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we do support size exchanges as per our exchange policy.

9. What about custom orders?

Custom orders are made specifically according to your measurements or special requirements.

  • Custom orders are accepted only on prepaid payment.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

All items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Requests raised without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

11. How can I track my order?

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Paytm, Gpay, UPI, PhonePe, and all major credit, debit cards & Partial COD

13. How can I customize the size or print of a product?

• Size Customization: We offer size customization and minor length adjustments. You can direct message (DM) us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label to provide your measurements. Please note that the style of the product cannot be changed.

• Print Customization: For print customization, please DM us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label .

14. How can I get featured on your page?

We love seeing how you style our pieces! To get featured, simply email us your photos at thatdesigirl.label@gmail.com or tag us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label

 

15. What should I do if my package is stuck or not moving?

If your package appears to be delayed or not progressing in transit, please DM us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label or email us at thatdesigirl.label@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.

 

16. Who is responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer?

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

17. How do I choose the right size?

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend DMing us before placing your order. Our team will happily help you choose the correct size.

Since each piece is made specially for you, selecting the right size helps avoid exchanges and unnecessary delays.
