1. Where do you ship?

We offer shipping within India for now. We can ship internationally on special request.

 

2. How long does it take to ship and deliver?

Within India:

• Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped within 10-12 working days.

• Express Shipping: Orders are shipped within 5-6 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 days.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days, and transit delays can occasionally occur.

 

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automated text or email from our courier partner with tracking details. If you encounter any issues, please email us at thatdesigirl.label@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram at @thatdesigirl_label

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Paytm, Gpay, UPI, PhonePe, and all major credit and debit cards.

 

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD as a payment option.

 

6. What is your refund, return, or exchange policy?

Within India:

• Returns & Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds.

• Size Exchange: Available; please refer to our Exchange Policy for more details.

 

7. How can I customize the size or print of a product?

• Size Customization: We offer size customization and minor length adjustments. You can direct message (DM) us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label to provide your measurements. Please note that the style of the product cannot be changed.

• Print Customization: For print customization, please DM us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label .

 

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or modifications to orders once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

 

9. What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective item, or if my parcel is marked ‘Delivered’ but not received?

Lost or Wrong Orders:

• Parcel Marked ‘Delivered’ but Not Received: Contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate the issue with our shipping partner.

• Wrong or Defective Item: Send us clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement, provided all tags are intact.

 

10. How can I get featured on your page?

11. What should I do if my package is stuck or not moving?

If your package appears to be delayed or not progressing in transit, please DM us on Instagram at thatdesigirl_label or email us at thatdesigirl.label@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.

 

12. Who is responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer?

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
