At That Desi Girl, every piece is Designer made, handcrafted, and made especially for you by our artisans. Due to the intricate nature of our products, we take great care to ensure you receive nothing but the best.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Within India
Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 10–15 working days
Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days
Delivery Timeline:
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Please Note:
During festive seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. In case of delays, our team will inform you via Email or WhatsApp. Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners due to local restrictions or unforeseen issues. If your shipment appears stuck, feel free to DM or email us, and we’ll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
International Shipping
All international orders are prepaid only. COD is not available for international deliveries.
Shipping charges start from ₹2,500 and vary based on location and order value (calculated at checkout).
Orders are typically dispatched within 10–15 working days (as most pieces are made-to-order).
Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 business days post dispatch.
Important Notes:
Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges are to be borne by the customer.
If duties are not paid and the shipment is abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
Once an order is dispatched, shipping address changes cannot be accommodated. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
2. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)-within India
We offer Partial COD on select orders.
A partial advance payment of ₹320–₹500 is required to confirm COD orders.
This advance amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery.
This helps us cover RTO (Return to Origin) charges, which small businesses incur when orders are declined.
Please Note:
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future
COD orders.
3. Incorrect Address & Returned Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, reshipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or SMS.
If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing timeline, please feel free to contact us.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is marked as Delivered but not received, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise it with the courier partner.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly share clear images within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, provided:
The item is unused
All original tags are intact
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Certain remote locations may experience longer delivery timelines due to logistical constraints.
